Five Low-scale, sloped-roof, buildings with continual horizontal bands or a recessed metal trim detail were grouped around a wooded central courtyard on 2.5 acres.  Large operable windows, metal-railed cantilevered decks and stucco fireplaces add comfortable amenities and relate to the residential district.  Two story lobbies located at the end of each structure provide a spacious entrance while allowing for full-floor uninterrupted tenant spaces.
